Accommodations
You'll have options for staying with us overnight.
The simplest is primitive or backcountry camping, where you simply bring what you'll need overnight. It's just you, a tent, sleeping bag, your food & drink and the great outdoors. There are several spots we can recommend or you can pick your own site. You can also do this at state parks but with us, you'll have the added comfort of knowing there's someone nearby who's familiar with the area.
There's 4G reception anywhere on the property from Verizon and T-Mobile. AT&T coverage is a little more spotty. The closest town is charming Tannersville, a 10-minute drive away, if you need to pick up supplies.
The next option up is we can provide you with equipment, whether just for staying warm overnight (like tents, blankets, firewood, generator) or building your own shelter (chainsaw, axes, shovels). We have hammock tents, traditional tents, and even a large bell tent (16 ft in diameter) that can accommodate up to 8 people.
We're working on building tiny structures so soon you'll be able to stay in our tiny cabins. We also welcome anyone looking to experiment building their own tiny structures (bushcrafting or bringing in build materials). Please contact us if you're interested.
For all your overnight options short of staying at a hotel, we've put together a complete guide to Camping in the Catskills.
